Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. Epic games of basketball, foosball and ping-pong across all of the generations. Fire pit, hot tub and comfortable & functional furniture all made making memories so enjoyable. Suncadia is so peaceful and serene… adventures in the snow was an extra bonus! 2 nights stay with friends and family

We really liked our stay, lots of activities to do for all age folks. In garage there is ping pong table, kids basketball, bicycle, kids cars, foos balls, golf kits etc. Kids bicycles were a bit broken, like broken paddle, kids scooter was broken etc, but those are minor things which can be fixed. We enjoyed hot tub, grilling, card games, fireplace. We had something or other to do for whole of our stay.

Lovely property, well suited for our group of 5 adults and 4 children 6 and under. We especially loved the bicycles! Even tho our visit was short (3 days, 2 nites) we maxed the bikes, played some golf, swam at the pool and generally put up our feet and relaxed!

We had a wonderful girls weekend in this house that comfortably slept 7 of us plus a couple babies! The kitchen area and family room were spacious and cozy and we truly loved the style of the home and the layout! It was a great escape for a weekend away before my sister got married!

Beautiful comfortable home! We had sunny weather and a spring snow. Long walks, relaxing evenings, visit to Swiftwater wine tasting, sonos music, system in house, and good friends. Evolve contains number for keyless entry...not found on Vrbo where I booked.

Beautiful home, well stocked. Comfortable beds. Other reviews complained of no toiletries but there was travel size soaps and such. Owner was very helpful and attentive to any needs that may arise. Already thinking of returning with our kids next time.

8 of us stayed here for 4 nights . Two adults slept in the bottom bunk beds . It’s a beautiful setting on the golf course and very private. We used the hot tub, grill and the fire pit . We had a little snow and even got to use the snow tubes in the garage . We payed top dollar for the days right before Christmas but I feel it was worth it . Two of my daughters had their own room . House had everything one would need.

The home was beautiful and very comfortable, we enjoyed lots of time outside by the fire pit and in the hot tub. Loved the extras in the garage - especially the bikes and the pop-a-shot! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. My only suggestion is to include bar soap, shampoo & conditioner in the bathrooms. We were surprised these basics were not included, considering how expensive the home was to rent for the weekend. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

We have stayed at multiple Suncadia properties and this one is the best so far. Nicely set up for multiple families, high end finishes with very nice decor, and well stocked with vacation necessities that other properties leave out ( spices, baggies, dishes, etc ). The kid area is very nice and provides both winter inter tubes and bicycles! We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this property at the end of January. They still had Christmas tree and holiday decorations inside the house. Which gave the house very cozy feel. House was very clean. Everything worked great. The only thing we can use more towels. They also didn’t have laundry detergent, no shampoo or body wash. But it didn’t effect our stay. We had a wonderful time. This house had plenty of plates, forks and spoons for our large company. Overall very well stocked kitchen.Hot tub worked great. Beautiful view on the patio with gas fire place. We would totally recommend this house. No issues with checking in. Oh and kids favorite place was garage it has lots of different toys. Our kids spend a lot of time in garage.

We enjoyed using the 1060 Spragger Way property quite a bit actually. The house is very roomy and modern with amenities for all. The hot tub was put to good use, as was the outdoor fireplace and outdoor grill. All 13 of our family fit quite nicely and decided we liked it well enough to give it a go again next year. The tennis table in the garage/recreation room was put to good use as well with a family tournament taking place. The winner of which will go unnamed...since it wasn't me. Thanks for providing such a wonderful home in a lovely setting. Being able to snowshoe straight away from the back deck was a lovely feature as well. Thanks again.

This was such a beautiful home in Suncadia, our party of 8 felt very comfortable here with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. We loved the outdoor space with the fire pit and hot tub, the golf course was covered in snow so it was very calming to be outside. The activities in the garage were enjoyed by all, and the stereo system throughout the house was a nice touch! Many puzzles from the cupboards were done by the fireplace around the coffee table, and there were some fun games to play too. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic things we needed to cook up some delicious meals to eat around the large dining table. The owner was quick to answer the phone when our door code would not work, but other than that there were no issues. All in all this was a great property and we would love to come here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had so much fun inside and outside! So glad the garage had bikes, toys and games and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Overall a great house!

I had little to complain about this house as it was quiet, relaxing, well stocked, and perfect for our group. The rental staff were responsive when the door code needed to be reset, and it was great for our small children with toys, games, and cribs. Being able to play music on the speaker system was also awesome and the kids had a fantastic dance party!

Overall we had a wonderful time. It is a beautiful home with everything you need to make wonderful memories. I recommend this property.
There were some dirty spots and a couple of banged up furniture but not bad.

This is a beautiful property. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. The location was perfect for someone wanting a peaceful place to relax, but close enough to the Suncadia amenities. We enjoyed sitting by the outdoor fire watching the golfers and wildlife. Our only glitch was the heat wasn't working our first full day. Luckily the maintenance man once he arrived was able to fix the problem quickly. We would definitely rent this house again with this company.

Wonderful rental! Beautiful home, all the rooms were spacious. We made the most of the garage, great games for adults and kids (or in our case the kids living within the adults). Loved the outdoor space too. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

Shared the house with 4 couples and it is the perfect get-away. House is spacious and very well maintained. The fire-pit, hot-tub and surround sound speakers throughout the house were added bonuses. House is in a perfect location and highly recommended.
