- "Absolute grade A champion bike shop. Was driving across the state,and my roof racks failed, throwing a bike into the freeway. I grabbed it, and called bike shops along the way. They got me in, and in an hour fixed it up. I was prepared to buy a new dropper post, but they identitied that it was just the cable, and fixed it. They easily could have just replaced it. And while I was waiting, I looked up mtb trails near by, they look rad. Will be back to Ride Roslyn, when I Ride in Roslyn."
- "Mechanical Genius Award given: Trust these folks! I had just purchased a new Intense Sniper, factory direct. It arrived mostly assembled, requiring only that I install the handlebars. Everything seemed to be perfect, but the chain continually skipped on the cassette under power. Everything looked perfectly aligned, but I couldn't resolve the issue. These guys jacked around with it for about 15 minutes, and seemed as stumped as I was until one of them recognized that the master-link in the chain was installed upside down. Solved! I thought I was going to buy a new chain. Nope. Nice guys too."
