    Very clean, pleasant home. Too many rule reminders. We had gone over rules before we left. Beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Trouble with upstairs toilet was fixed by guest after we called for help. Kids loved the game room. Grass and yard felt like home. Loved going to Lake Cle Elum. Would recommend this home for a family vacation.

    We had a fantastic stay at this property. The house was spacious and perfectly suited for a group of 3 adults and 4 children. The kids loved the garage games and hot tub. This property was also a quick drive to Cle Elum Lake which was great.

    This rental was perfect for our large family vacation (5 adults, 5 kids), it had everything we needed swimming, playing, and cooking. Our kid group (and adults) particularly loved the garage full of games. Great quite neighborhood for biking and riding scooters and a quick walk to the pool/playground/pickleball court

    We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for all of us. The kids and a couple of adults loved the game room. The beds were very comfortable (that’s important when we’re seniors)We have two gourmet cooks in our family and they loved the kitchen.

    Such a lovely space to gather as a family. The yard was perfect for outdoor games and the kids really enjoyed the game room. Swimming at the recreation center and gathering by the fire pit for smores were two of my favorite activities. Lots of space inside too, overall a wonderful family vacation home.

    My son graduated from CWU on Saturday. We had family and friends join us to celebrate his accomplishment. The outdoor space and garage game room were a big hit. The sun came out Saturday morning and we had a wonderful time.

    We had a great time and the kids loved the “mountain house”. The air hockey table was on the fritz but the game room was still a lot of fun and hot tub was perfect. The only drawback we found was the oven’s top temp in bake mode was 400 which was too low for our take and bake pizzas. But apparently you can broil at 425 for some crispy cheese pizza. Not the house’s fault the oven is too high tech to function.

    We had a wonderful family reunion over Christmas week at the house in Ronald. The house was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable and very well stocked. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the family game room. The snow was a little bit intimidating for people from Florida but we got what we wanted… a beautiful white Christmas!

    We celebrate Christmas a week before, by renting a home to gather at. We had by daughter and son in law from Maui, who he, has never been in snow. What a treat for everyone. House was clean, supplied nicely and quiet neighbirhood.

    Our stay was lovely, everything we needed and the great location. Sadly the mountain biking trails were shut down for fire danger, but we still enjoyed our time at the activity center, hot tub, all the games inside and outside you could ever want!

    Our group of women was thoroughly impressed with this property! We all felt that it showed better in person than the pictures portray. It had pretty much everything we needed, and was very comfortable. The living room space and kitchen was much roomier than expected. We couldn't quite figure out the Sonos, which was a bummer, so I would suggest to management to elaborate on those directions. We had brought our own speaker though so we did not go to the extent of needing management to come. We also appreciated all of the labeling of items. I would definitely urge guests to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. We would definitely rent this home again.

    Our family of 4 and another family of 5 stayed here over a long weekend (3 nights). The home was clean and comfortable, loved the big dining table that everyone could fit at, as well as the island with barstools when adults wanted to sit apart from the kids. The couches were comfortable and multiple TV's. The garage was awesome, stocked with fun games for adults and kids. There were sleds available for use as well as a double seater bike. The hot tub worked perfectly. My only wish was that the property manager would provide extra paper towels. We quickly went through the roll provided and were told that they could not supply a second roll.

    Quiet & Peaceful Get Away

    My wife and I stayed here for a week and it was a very nice getaway. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area over in the Roslyn area, and that was exactly what we were looking for. Although it was just the two of us, the house is very spacious and can easily fit a family with it's 3 separate bedrooms and then bunkbeds in the bonus area. The neighborhood pool is nice to have just 30 seconds away, and it is also close proximity to the beach and local grocery stores. The ping pong table is a little out dated but holds up just fine, the pop a shot basketball hoop was definitely fun to play. The air hockey table however seems much older and doesn't really work. The hot tub is incredibly large and was amazing to relax in after a long day, and the back yard is very nice with plenty of space to set up games in. Overall it was a great spot to getaway for a week and just relax with not much outside noise going on around us. We would definitely stay here again.

    Nice property nestled against a forest view. Neighbors were nicely oriented for privacy and were mostly families. The community pool looked fun, though we didn't go this time, as the hot tub and playtime on the grass and garage activities kept us happy. The house had a very nice layout, quite comfortable for the four of us and the large kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. One plus, was the good insulation help keeping the house cool, w/AC, and quiet at night. Good place, we will be back to enjoy the house, views and lake.

    This house was perfect for our annual reunion of high school friends. We have stayed in a number of rental houses in this neighborhood over the years and this one was our favorite by far. It was clean, well cared for, quiet, and warm and inviting. The heated garage with games was incredible and provided great entertainment while being snowed in. The hot tub was fantastic after being out in the cold. The house itself has a built-in sound system that is controllable from your cell phone. Clearly, this place was built for our group of guys! On top of that, the customer service from Vacation Rental 365 was spot on. They knew weather was going to be an issue for arrival and arranged for an early check in for us so that we could avoid a late afternoon snow storm. We could not have had a better time! Thank you for an amazing weekend and we're looking forward to coming back next year!

    Comfortable home with carpet throughout, less the kitchen, entryway and bathrooms. Gas fireplace was a nice touch. Even watched a movie one night. We had our kids and 3 grandkids so fully utilized the 3 bedrooms and loft. Hot tub is very roomy and easily handles 3 or 4 people. Went for the snow- which added an inch one evening and allowed us to take the kids sledding and build a snowman or two. Very restful stay.

    We rent every year in Roslyn Ridge for the holidays, decided to rent a bigger cabin this year and it was perfect! So enjoyed entering the home with the Christmas tree on, such a nice touch. The larger kitchen was great to cook our holiday meals in and the kids love being able to go play out in the garage game room. So looking forward to more holiday memories next year in the snow!

    Loved the house and so well stoked! Everything is labeled and it’s super easy to find. Welcoming and cozy with cute decor. Would love to have an awning over the hot tub and over the fire pit as it rained our whole trip. Hot tub cover was a little hard to get on and off. Would be nice to have a rack that it pulled back onto.

    Perfect Place for a small Quilt Retreat

    We turned the heated garage into a sewing studio where ladies could stay up and sew, giggle and laugh while some of us could go inside and sleep without being disturbed. The house was perfect for sleeping and cooking and dining. The ladies want to do it again so we rebooked for next March.

    This was a great rental. I was traveling with my volleyball team and this property allowed us to relax and bond when we weren’t on the court playing. The open living room and kitchen allowed for lots of socializing and the game room was a great escape for the teenagers.

    The home was perfect for our family. Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable furniture and beds, well stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. The garage and hot tub can in handy on days when the weather was too windy or raining, had a blast playing fusball, Bball and shuffle board with our girls. We had a couple of great days on the lake with our paddle boards and kayaks, unfortunately it was way too windy the other days, but then we hit the Roslyn ridge pool, played some pickleball, and took some nice bike rides. The farmers market in town was perfect on a drizzly overcast day. Had some delicious food, sat in Adirondack chairs listening to a band while having a nice Bloody Mary. I think this home is the nicest in the community. They clearly take good care of the property and thought about every detail. It’s also quite private when you’re in the yard or sitting on the wrap around covered porch watching the kids makes s’mores over the fire pit. Definitely will stay again, and VR365 was exceptional!

    Amazing place to stay for larger groups! Such a cozy, spacious place with so many spaces for entertainment and relaxation!     We had a great time staying here, the house totally lived up to our expectations! We wanted a place that my parents would feel comfortable in (celebrating my dad’s 75th birthday). The master bedroom on the ground floor and rest of the rooms upstairs was the perfect set up for the vast age range (13-75 years). We appreciated how clearly everything was marked with instructions on how to use the tvs and sound system. Highly recommend this place!

    Everything was as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, tools, and small appliances. The toaster broke during our stay and after notifying the property management company, a new one arrived in the home two days later! There was an Xbox with a lot of games. There were also two drawers of puzzles and board games. There was ping pong, basketball, foosball, and shuffleboard in the garage. The bbq grill as well as the hot tub worked great. We were a family of seven and were very comfortable here and would definitely return.

    We just had the most comfortable stay with our extended family, accommodating all seven kids with ease. The house is roomy, the beds are cozy, and the outdoor amenities were awesome. The house is well stocked with kitchen/cooking supplies, and the BBQ and hottub worked great. The only downside to the entire stay was the pool charging ten dollars a head each day. Luckily there’s a lake a few minutes away!

    This is a very comfortable accommodation. There was plenty of room for the guests and there were good amenities, modern appliances, fireplace and game room. The area is very scenic, and we enjoyed visiting the winery at Suncadia.

    What a wonderful place, we had our Mother’s Day weekend get away. I had a hard time making a decision of where we would stay and I’m so glad I finally choose this place.
    It was perfect, clean and everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable, spacious. The kitchen was beautiful and it had everything to make our amazing meals. The hot tub was perfect after our hike, the game room I didn’t think we would use but at the end it was where we most laugh due to our little competition.
    I’m sad that it is not available for Father’s Day so we could send our husbands. This will definitely become our Mother’s Day tradition ��

    We have a family with 6 adults and 3 boys, ages 5, 10, and 12.
    We loved the layout of the house and yard as there is plenty of room to move!
    The kitchen either the double oven and 6 burner range made cooking a blast.
    The cons were the electric games in the garage do not work well.
    There was a throw rug under the dining table that was a serious trip hazard, so we put the rug in the closet.
    All in all we highly recommend Whispering Pines and the VR365 staff!! Especially the daily snow plowing.

    Great home for large families with kids. We brought our own pack and plays and high chairs, but the space was amazing for everyone to hang out.

    We had a morning "snow storm" and the kids played with sleds provided. Enough utensils to cook with, and very clean. 7 min from Roslyn 15 from Suncadia, great location.

    We had a wonderful stay in the Whispering pines rental. It was clean, well stocked, and spacious. The Roselyn Ridge Activity center was a lot of fun, our kids spent hours swimming and having fun. The rental is a short drive to lake Cle Elum, and Suncadia. We were able to have the Suncadia experience for a better price than staying in the actual resort. The house is surrounded by wildlife. We saw several deer, quail, lizards and an abundance of wildflowers. The culdesac was perfect for riding bikes, and there were several young families that joined in the fun. I would definitely recommend this company and the Whispering pines rental to my friends!

    Whispering Pines was an awesome destination for our family. Our visit was in mid-December and a Christmas tree us up and lit for our arrival. The home was spotless and the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware. We thoroughly enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Check-in and communications were a breeze. The amenities: WiFi, cable, etc were all excellent.

    We turned the heated garage into a sewing studio where ladies could stay up and sew, giggle and laugh while some of us could go inside and sleep without being disturbed. The house was perfect for sleeping and cooking and dining. The ladies want to do it again so we rebooked for next March.

    We stayed for 3 nights - 3 couples in town to attend a wedding at nearby Suncadia Resort.

    The home is excellent. Clean and well equipped.
    There was no skimping on utensils or glassware.
    Plenty of room inside and out. Nice game room in the garage.
    It was in the 90's so the central air kept the downstairs cool, but it was a little warm in the upstairs bedrooms.

    The nearby community pool was clean and comfortable.

    We had an excellent winter-time stay at Whispering Pines. The house was very clean and well-appointed, nicely stocked, and the beds were all very comfy with soft sheets. We enjoyed use of the hot tub to counter the winter chill. Our party of seven (including parents, three kids, grandparents and our dog) had LOTS of room to spread out here. The three bedrooms offered great privacy and quiet retreat. The bunk beds where our younger kids slept are located in the open upstairs loft - we generally are not a very loud group so the kids slept fine through our little bit of late evening noise. The owners were very friendly and exceptionally responsive to the couple of needs we had. We had small problem with the BBQ and the owner responded within minutes with a replacement part taken from their own BBQ, and our dinner was rescued! Owners were super quick to respond to other questions/needs. The management personnel who helped with our reservation were friendly and helpful too. We would highly recommend this property.

    We spent Thanksgiving there w/friends, kiddos & dogs and everyone loved the home and amenities. Heated game room was fun, hot tub was great, very nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Kids enjoyed their own 'space' upstairs. Nice to walk the neighborhood w/the dogs, along w/an area they could run. Would be fun in the summertime to access the community center. Management was great!     We very much enjoyed our stay at Whispering Pines over Thanksgiving. The house was in great shape, the perfect size for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids, and has a huge kitchen perfect for preparing Thanksgiving dinner (two ovens!). Lots of great trails and outdoor activities in the area (hoping for a little more snow next time).

    We had an excellent time at Whispering Pines. We went for Thanksgiving and it was the perfect place to cook for a big group. Beautiful kitchen that was fully stocked with every kitchen gadget you would ever need. Would definitely want to stay there again!

    This was one of the best vacation homes we have rented. It was clean, bright, open, and with plenty of space for our crew of adults (8 of us!). Not to mention, this home has the nicest amenities we have found in a vacation home. It was great!

    Labor Day Weekend at Whispering Pines

    Our home for the weekend was fully stocked and ready for us. Very welcoming. The 3 main bedrooms had cozy comfortable beds with clean bathrooms and fresh towels for us. (Bath robes in the master a nice surprise). A bunk bed loft available for younger members with TV. Nice furniture throughout. The kitchen had wide range of pans and dishes for meals. Location within walking distance to Club House. Easy walk for a morning workout at the small gym and later return for a swim. Loved the style of outside picnic table! Cooper Lake a nice side trip for the day. Would only add one thing - a couple of fold-up chaise lounges to lay back on to look up at the skies that were so full of beautiful stars!! Lots of wishes on the shooting stars!

    Had a great trip, perfect house for 2 families. Must visit was Saltwater Cellars, sit outside by the fire under the lights with a blanket! Also floated the Yakima river with the kids and had a great time. Kids had plenty to do with the activity center and activities at the house. So much fun

    We use to play on the coal hills 25+ years ago until they closed down dirtbiking. It was so fun to go back now with the family and enjoy what we use to do. Then coming to enjoy this "house" with friends -- LOVED IT. To our expectations -- the 'cabin' was fancier than we anticipated - nice nice suprise.

    My family and I had a great weekend at Whispering Pines. One of the best things was the kitchen. It was spacious and made it easy to cook meals for the entire group. We also enjoyed having the newer electronics-- we typically hook up our iPhones and play music all day. The beds were better than most rentals -- big and comfy. It's also in a great location-- close to Roslyn/Ronald, but you feel like you're away from it all. We will return!

    Our group of 3 families included 4 children and this home was a good fit. Unfortunately the 2 children we had planned to have sleep in the loft were not happy there. The futon in their parents room worked better. Loft might suit older kids better. Very comfortable beds in each bedroom and an exceptional well stocked kitchen. We had a problem with the AC on our 1st night but thanks to immediate response by property manage,Derek, we had no further issues. Neighboring homes were somewhat close but not a problem. We enjoyed the pool at the rec center.

    This was the perfect place for our weekend fun! We all wanted to move in permenently! Although we came to enjoy what nature had to offer, it was also great just to stay inside....the fireplace made for a cozy afternoon and evening and the windows let in lots of natural light. There are plenty of board games available and a large screen tv for entertainment. We were a party of 6 adults and two toddlers and we never felt cramped for space. The kitchen was well equipped with state of the art appliances. We did get in a beautiful hike along the Cooper River, not too far of a drive away.
    We plan to be back...how fun it would be to be there in the snow!!! Next time.

    This is our 2nd annual Whispering Pines summer visit. The house was perfect for our family, spotless and very comfortable. It is very relaxing staying up there. The young children can play around the house and ride bikes up in the cul-de-sac. The pool
    is a 5 minute walk and the lake beach is a 7 minute drive. The management company is a dream to work with and very attentive to your needs. We will continue to worth through them for our trips to the sunny side of the state.

    The house was beautiful and comfortable inside and out. Very quiet neighborhood. Went snowmobiling (5 minutes away) and everyone had a fantastic time. Close to cute little towns, great hikes, snowmobiling. Really great!!
