We loved this home for our family vacation! 3 couples, 2 children under 12. There was PLENTY of space for the kids to sleep - 2 bunk rooms and an adjoining bathroom, plus a common space with enough room for more bunks, a TV, and room to play! That was just the “kids’ wing!” Plenty of privacy for all couples, 5 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen with the Bentley of stoves and microwaves, and a great big gorgeous table to eat at and play tabletop games! What a treat! Location was scenic and peaceful, with bike and walking trails right outside the back yard. It is situated in Suncadia near the Nelson Farm pool. Unfortunately, since we were merely guests and not members of Suncadia, we were not allowed to use the community pools (gave 4 stars for the accuracy of listing because this was not clear until after we’d booked). We still had a great time in the massive hot tub at the house though! The property managers were very responsive and very helpful with all our requests and needs. Very kind as well! Will definitely keep them in mind for our next vacation. If I could give more than 5 stars for everything, I would!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful rental unit to host a big group. I often find myself looking for certain items or having to run to the store for simple things like oil, salt, and pepper but this home had everything we needed and more. From giant cookie sheets for the oven, to spices, and even two dishwashers!! Which was a game changer for my big group of 14, dishes never piled because we always had one running while the other was getting filled up. Plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, and even cups, plastic and glass options for all of it. The only complain is the walls are slightly thin so if you like to sleep in I recommend bringing some ear plugs. Otherwise the garage was such a fun place to hang out at and I’m sure we will be back again!! Parking only allows for 5 cars which is tough with a large group but luckily I called the Suncadia resort and got the okay to park 6 cars which all fit in the driveway. I highly recommend you contact them if you have more than 5 cars since there could be a $500 fee if you park incorrectly or against their rules but the person I talked on the phone with was so nice and understanding.

Our group of friends loved this house. The hot tub, the back patio, the amazing game room, the nearby walking paths--we enjoyed all of it! It's nicely decorated and has everything you need. The hosts were also easy to communicate with and very helpful.

We had a lovely stay and it definitely was a Luxury Mountain Modern Getaway. The management team made sure we had no trouble with our check-in, and they were able to give us an early check-in. When we had a problem with the garbage disposal, the team was very responsive in providing us with solutions. The home/property was clean, and the home is gorgeous. Our one surprise was there were no top sheets on the beds in the bunk area. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed with our best friends and kids. It was three families with four small kids. The house was beautiful and spacious. We all fit with tons of room to spare. The kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to cook meals at home. There was also a kids area with tons of toys and safe play areas. The property managers were helpful, prompt, and communicative but we had zero issues while we were there. Tip for those staying here - when you need the microwave push the on/off button twice and select Microwave on the screen.

Amazing stay!

We loved everything about our stay. There are a few things that could assist in the planning and tidiness of our stay. With it snowing heavily and kiddos a mop would be helpful! The shovel left on the front porch is metal and has sharp edges cutting the hands of 3 adults while shoveling. In the listing it would be helpful if some of the kitchen appliances (crockpot, instapot, griddle) were listed. Also listing the child friendly dinnerware and high chair. We did also find a few bait traps that should be mentioned especially when traveling with small children. Curtains or blinds on bedroom and bathroom windows especially those directly in front of the beds should be installed. This is not meant to be a rant as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will plan to again in the future. Some of the things listed should be mentioned to prevent over packing as we did. Great location for a large group! Had several couples and their children at this location and kept our time centered around spending time in the house and Cle Elum. Backyard wasn’t very large, but enough space for us to hang out there. House was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. Would recommend!

One of the nicest Airbnbs Ive stayed at. Came here with a group of 12 and it was better than we imagined. It was an awesome time relaxing, close to ski resorts, and lots of nice things to do at the house. The kitchen had everything we needed and more (with some really high quality equipment ex. Ninjas). Spacious bathrooms, plenty of beds for everyone, large table for eating together, and a huge hot tub to chill in after a long day out. Would definitely come again!

I had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. There are plenty of amenities for everyone to have fun during a getaway weekend. The property also add a ton of modern kitchen supplies that made our dining experience effortless. This home is absolutely beautiful. The staff with 365 are very professional and quick to respond. I have been to multiple houses in Suncadia before but none quite to this magnitude. One of the nicest AirBnbs Ive stayed at. Spacious and many beds for big groups. The location is well described and has everything you would need. The kitchen is great for any group cooking and also provides lots of quality equipment. Huge hot tub was also nice after a day of closeby skiing. Loved the large table for the group to all sit together and enjoy a meal.

Amazing Property!

Beautiful property that is well decorated and has plenty to do! The garage has an arcade machine, ping pong table, table soccer, pop a shot, and a tv. The hot tub is massive and well maintained. Our group also played lots of lawn games and the property came with a corn hole set. Great location too - very close to the Nelson farm and just a 5 minute drive from Swiftwater Cellars and the Suncadia Lodge. Communication with property management was great - they were extremely responsive and accommodating to requests and questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful rental unit to host a big group. I often find myself looking for certain items or having to run to the store for simple things like oil, salt, and pepper but this home had everything we needed and more. From giant cookie sheets for the oven, to spices, and even two dishwashers!! Which was a game changer for my big group of 14, dishes never piled because we always had one running while the other was getting filled up. Plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, and even cups, plastic and glass options for all of it. The only complain is the walls are slightly thin so if you like to sleep in I recommend bringing some ear plugs. Otherwise the garage was such a fun place to hang out at and I’m sure we will be back again!! Parking only allows for 5 cars which is tough with a large group but luckily I called the Suncadia resort and got the okay to park 6 cars which all fit in the driveway. I highly recommend you contact them if you have more than 5 cars since there could be a $500 fee if you park incorrectly or against their rules but the person I talked on the phone with was so nice and understanding.

The home was beautiful and the rooms and beds were amazing. We had plenty of room for everyone in the group. A few cons: the backyard space felt smaller than the listing pictures lead on, the hand soap in all the bathrooms were watered down and it was all dawn dish soap which dried out everyone’s hands, there were no blinds on any bathroom windows. The downstairs guest bathroom has a straight view inside from the front porch making guests feel like there was a lack of privacy. The expectation for leaving is high: strip the beds, run the dishwasher, start loads of laundry, empty all bathroom trash etc. we felt like our entire morning before checkout was spent cleaning and doing chores, this is not something I expect to do when spending upwards of $1,000 per night. Also there are possible fines for every single thing you do. Overall the home itself was beautiful and we enjoyed the home and everything it came with. Just know going into it that this vacation will require work and lots of rules.
