How do we get to the Roslyn?
East on Hwy I-90 take exit #80 to Roslyn Salmon La Sac and turn left on Bullfrog Road. Continue through the Suncadia
entrance round-about and then take the second turn-off in the second round-about to Roslyn on Highway 903
How do we get to the Cle Elum?
East on Hwy I-90 take exit #84 and continue for approx... 1 mile and you will drive through the heart of Cle Elum.
How long of a drive?
Approx. 90 miles or 1 ½ hour drive from Seattle. Weather conditions may affect your drive time.
Where Can I find Pass Conditions and Closure Updates?

Do I need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to make it over the pass?
On occasion during the winter months the Washington State Patrol will require all wheel drive vehicles during extreme winter conditions. Otherwise chains will be recommended to have at all times during the winter months.
What’s there to do during the Winter time?
Some of the best snowmobiling in the state is located at the end of Highway 903 towards Salmon La Sac. A few great places to mention are Gallegor, Lake Ann, and Cooper Lake. All are suitable for snowmobilers with a wide range of experience, they offer great
trails that run for miles! Suncadia offers snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, and inner-tubing for kids. There are also some great sledding hills in Roslyn Ridge.
What’s there to do in the Summer time?
Hiking, biking, river rafting, water skiing, ATV’s (designated areas only) and fly-fishing, are just a few of the many summer activities in this area.
What are the names for some good local restaurants?
- In Roslyn - The Brick, Village Pizza, The Past Time, and Roslyn Café. They all offer traditional American types of foods
- In Cle Elum - Cottage Cafe and Fireside Lounge, El Caporal Mexican Restaurant, Mama Vallone's Steak House & Inn, Lentine’s Italian Restaurant, and Beau’s Pizza.
- In Suncadia – Swiftwater Winery and The Lodge at Suncadia
Where is the nearest grocery store?
There is only one grocery store in the area. Safeway is located in Cle Elum just off the I-90. If you're looking to BBQ be sure to visit Owens Meats located in Cle Elum. Make sure to try their famous jerkey!
What clothes should I bring?
- Winter Time – Snow boots, fleece, heavy jacket (waterproof preferred), thermal underwear, casual clothes if you are looking to go out for dinner. Local attire
is very casual.
- Summer Time – Hiking and running shoes, water shoes if you plan on river rafting, bathing suites, sweatshirts, and T-shirts. Sunscreen is a must. The fashion
police stay in the city, so anything goes, with an emphasis on casual. Evenings near the lake can be cool, so don’t forget jackets.
Is there a shopping center if I need something?
There are numerous shops filled with tempting food, staples, and accessories. But you won’t find any big-box stores, chains, or outlet malls. (Warning: Once you experience this lifestyle, you may be checking out the
real estate for sale.
Reserving Your Vacation Home
How do I book a vacation with VR 365?
You can call us directly at 855-698-7365 or book directly on this website. If you book online you can electronically sign the rental agreement and you will receive an email confirming
the home selected, dates of stay, and applicable charges. When reserving over the phone we will e-mail you a rental agreement for your signature.
When will I be charged for the rental?
It depends on how far in advance you are booking. The entire rental will be charged at booking if your arrival date is less than 30 days from the date you make the reservation.
If you are booking more than 30 days in advance, you are charged one-half of the rental when you make the reservation, and the remaining one-half 30 days from the arrival date.
What credit cards do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Why do I have to pay in advance?
Unlike a hotel with identical rooms to rent by the night, there is only one of each specific vacation home. Most guests book their stays far in advance to insure their special home
will not be reserved by another traveler. Consequently, a replacement booking for the same home for the same amount for the same dates may not occur on short notice. In exchange for committing their home to a specific date, the homeowner deserves the assurance
of corresponding revenue.
What if there is an illness or family emergency and we need to cancel our reservation?
We do understand that unexpected situations might curtail the best of plans. Should you be unable to continue with your rental reservation it must be in writing or via an e-mail. If the formal written cancellation is received greater than 120 days prior to
your check in date, we will refund your deposit at a 100%, minus a $150 processing fee.
If your formal written cancellation is within thirty (30) days of the scheduled Date of Check-In, you will forfeit 100% of your deposited funds. However, you will have one (1) year from the original date of check-In to rebook (one time only) for the same property,
subject to availability during one of the Agent's designated Off-Seasons. Please note: When rescheduling, you will also be charged a rescheduling fee equal to 20% of the amount of Tenant's original rent. There will be no refunds for weather
conditions, late arrival, early departure or any other reason outside of the control of Agent.
What about traveler’s insurance?
No one wants to pay for a vacation they can’t take. We encourage you to purchase a traveler’s insurance policy that will compensate you in the event an unpredictable circumstance
prevents you from completing your reservation. Restrictions apply, review your policy.
How do I do that?
Please contact our reservation specialist and they will go discuss specifics for our traveler insurance program thru CSA.
What does Travel Insurance cost?
Our CSA policies start at 6.95% of the total rent, tax, and Damage Waiver when applicable. If you wish to purchase the policy, it can be added when you are booking, whether your reservation is made on-line or by telephone.
Are there other charges in addition to rent?
House cleaning fee, local taxes, pet fee if applicable, and a non-refundable Damage Protection Waiver or a refundable security deposit. (See the
Policy Section for a more information.)
What’s the difference?
The Damage Protection Waiver is added to the reservation when you book on-line. It’s non-refundable and covers any accidental damage up to $1,500.
We are very conscientious. We don’t want to pay for that.
If you wish to post a Security Deposit instead, give us a call and we will reverse the Waiver charge and add the Security Deposit.
When do I have to post the Security Deposit?
We will charge one half of the total reservation amount including your security deposit, if your booking is more than 30 days prior to the check in date. If your arrival date is within 30 days of your booking, you will be charged the full reservation amount
including the security deposit.
When do I get it back?
It will be returned to you within 14 days of checking-out, less the cost of any damage or loss that may have occurred during your stay.
Does the “sleeps” capacity apply to children and infants?
Most of the time we will work with you on this and kids over the age of 2 will be counted.
How do we get the keys and instructions to the home?
When final payment has been received, we will email you the driving directions, emergency phone numbers, and a combination to a lock-box at the home. (Keys are in the lockbox.) Alternate arrival information will be sent to you in the event the home or condominium
you have rented is not equipped with a lockbox.
What happens if we lose the instructions or you forget to give them to us?
There is a 24-hour emergency cell phone number to call OR if you have down loaded our mobile app you will have access to this information.
What happens if there is an emergency in the home?

What do we need to bring?
Clothes and food items. You will find the home clean and stocked with linens, shampoo, body wash dispensers in all bathrooms, bedding, towels, cookware, and a starting supply of paper products & soap. We don't supply coffee.
What time is check out?
Check out is 12pm although we will extend a later check if permitted. A 2pm check out would be the latest allowed.
What do we do to when it’s time to leave?
- Remove dirty sheets only on the beds used and place in the laundry room.
Wash and dry the first load.
- Gather all dirty bathroom and kitchen towels and place in the laundry room. Keep seperate from the bed linens.
- Collect all dishes throughout the home and place in the dishwasher and run the first cycle.
- Collect all trash throughtout the home and take it outside to the main trash can. One bag of garbage per day is allowed in the outside garbage can. Addional garbage should be
disposed by guest. Please make sure there is no garbage bags left outside the 30 gallan can.
- Turn heat down to 55 degrees and lock all windows & doors.
- Return any moved furniture to its original location.
- When available make sure the Hot Tub is secured and shut properly.
- Put away all games and pieces back into their original box and place where it was found.
- Put the key back as directed and scramble the lock box.
