We truly enjoyed sitting out on the deck enjoying the amazing Sunsets! Just a short walk to the beach which was nice for our three generation family. We were very impressed with the game room. The kids loved all of the games. Best part sitting in the hot tub watching the stars at night. We will be back next summer and will book earlier to get the prime weekend since we were only able to find a short 3 day weekday window available. Thanks to VR 365 for making our family trip so memorable.

My family had a wonderful experience celebrating Christmas on the beach! The house was amazing, beautiful, and in excellent condition. This house is super comfortable and has a forest view. Also, the VR365 team is first class. They are very responsive and helpful. I am very grateful to Derek and his entire team for helping us with this great experience. We will absolutely vacation with VR365 again.

Very nice house with a to die for kitchen, very thing you would ever need to cook is there. Especially loved the two separate TV rooms younger adults can watch what they want while us older adults can enjoy our own shows. Love the upper deck where you can see the Ocean waves while sipping morning coffee. Hot tub was very relaxing and we all enjoyed it. We will be back again soon. Thank you

This home provided a great getaway for a family vacation. On a clear day you can see the ocean while every day you can enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing while on the comfortable patio. Amenities were sufficient for a beach home, all beds were comfortable and it’s a short walk on the path through the dunes from the home to the beach. We would stay again, my nephew (6yrs) never wanted to leave. The sandy backyard provided hours of entertainment.

This was a perfect place for couples to vacation at the beach. 3 king beds and one queen made it very comfortable. And with the beach only a short path away.. it was wonderful!

really fun location and a great house.
pros: big house and its well layed out. kitchen was nicely appointed though we didn't cook too much. lots of great stuff in garage if you need it, sand toys, beach blankets, etc. easy walk to the beach , there's not too many people out there, so nice place to play with dogs and family. Town has some nice places to eat, especially the bakery.

Cons: AC stopped working while we were there so had to rely on opening windows, hopefully its fixed now. The beach is great with one exception, the town uses it for a highway so there are lots of cars that drive up and down on the hard pack, which is kinda where kids and dogs like to play. drivers were respectful and slowed down but you do really need to keep an eye out.

My family had a fantastic time staying at Beach Haven. The beds were comfortable, house was clean and had everything we could need. The short walk to the amazing beach was so nice. The view from the second story balcony was incredible. We did not want to leave. We had no issues during our stay. I would stay here again for sure.

We did a last minute pivot from Leavenworth due to the passes being closed. Booked the home the night before and couldnt be happier. Property Manager called me the day of the rental to assist with any requirements. Very nice place and we were very happy!

The location couldn't have been any better, and the house has almost everything you want and need. The property manager was quick to respond and communicated well. The reasons why the house doesn't get a 5-star rating is that the hot tub was not ready for our stay (the water level was too low and the hot tub could not get warm enough) and the microwave in the kitchen was broken. The property manager responded well, but we were disappointed we couldn't use the hot tub.

House was very clean and well laid out for a family get away. location steps away from the beach was ideal for a coastal getaway. Hoping they initiate a new policy for checking and updating smoke detectors and batteries.

Pretty good. Negative issues included that one of the toilets didn't work (luckily there were 3 others), and that the remote for the master bedroom TV didn't work and there were no back-up batteries that weren't also dead. Positives were that the location was great, and that the house was clean and roomy

We had a wonderful family gathering at the two sister houses- Beachwood and Beach Haven. Everything was perfect! We played volleyball, games , sat in the hot tub and walked the beaches. Couldn’t Hav couldn’t have been more picturesque e been more picturesque!

We met our adult children for a long weekend at the beach. The house is well equipped and very livable. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, proximity to the beach, and the movie room upstairs.

My family and a few other families stayed here for our annual razor clamming trip. Unfortunately, razor clamming was cancelled due to domoic acid; however, we still had the opportunity to hang out, cook and eat together, and play the games in the garage.

We rented Beach Haven and Beachwood Estates for the convenience of having us all together for activities and meals with plenty of room to spread out in comfort. These are very comfortable and well cared for homes with plenty of towels for showering and hot tubbing, many games to play, well stocked kitchens (could use a mixer).
Looking forward to returning next month with my siblings and trying out more of the restaurants. "The Lost Roo" is a great eating place that accommodates many dietary restrictions and can accommodate very large groups efficiently with delicious food.
There are some very nice places for hiking around as well.

We rented the Beach Haven and Beachwood Estates homes for a family reunion of 20 from ages 4 to 91. We lucked out with beautiful weather every day but there is so much to do at these homes, we could’ve stayed entertained in the homes all week. The garage game rooms were a hit with the kids and adults and there are endless amounts of fun toys for the kids, including some new sand toys we donated because we bought too much when we were there. We had trouble getting in to one of them but the property managers were quick to respond and resolve. Beach Haven is the more adult (nicer) home of the two but Beachwood Estates is lovely as well and set up the same as far as fun stuff and kitchen gear. Loved the “frozen in time” Long Beach” entertainment area and spent two days in Cape Disappointment State Park at Waikiki And Beard’s Hollow beaches - so, so gorgeous! We would highly recommend Castaways in Long Beach for AMAZING seafood and Crown Alley Irish Pub for great lunch/dinner and ambiance. The pub owner and his wife are very cool and they have a stage with a ton of the owner’s guitars that he allows you to play. They also have open mike night Thursdays that are apparently quite popular. The bed reviews were mixed amongst our crowd but we’re already considering booking for next year.

Our family of 8 adults, 1 child and 3 dogs loved our reunion at Beach Haven!! The home is very conducive to relaxing, and entertaining. The furnishings are very attractive and comfortable. Also, there were high quality cooking and eating supplies in the kitchen. The home was just as it appeared in photos. One challenge was having just one bathroom upstairs, for 3 bedrooms to share. But, there were 2 full bathrooms downstairs, so we made it work. The beach was incredible. There were beautiful sunsets. Occasional cars slowly drove by us on the beach. I learned that Long Beach is considered a Wa State Highway. But, it was no problem for us. The home is very secluded, and quiet. We used the large coal barbecue every night. The hot tub was very clean and fun to use. A few of the jets were not working, but most did. We enjoyed getting groceries at Okies Thriftway in Ocean Park. They have you need and especially good produce! It was just a few miles from the house. Our family had a wonderful vacation at Beach Haven!

Great for a family reunion! There were 18 of us so lots of options for sleeping accommodations. Both kitchens were well equipped and clean. Beach Haven’s ocean side hot tub was the place to congregate. Beachwood Estate’s hot tub on the side was ignored. The Volleyball sand court was also popular with our family, ages 9-75. It’s important to enforce the no shoes in the house rule to avoid bringing in those nasty prickly plant seeds. Our golfer whacked a good number of those plants off the path to the beach.
Our memories will include Volleyball, s’mores around the fire ��, thrifting, shopping, driving on the world’s longest beach, go-carting, cranberry museum, taking wrong trails at a state park, creative meals, swimming in the Pacific Ocean - prompted by dares and bribes, glow sticks and late night walks to the beach to dance in the dark (looks so cool with just glow sticks showing��).

A very nice home in a good location at the end of a quiet street with easy access to the beach. There was plenty to do with games and toys for the kids and lots of room for everyone and a relaxing hot tub too. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

We loved our stay at Beach Haven! What a fun home! We enjoyed all of the different living spaces, with plenty of room for the kids to spread out and play. The garage was a hit with everyone and the hot tub didn't disappoint! The home was clean and everything that we were hoping for. Our only disappointment was receiving a text when we were 30 minutes away that the home had recently had some painting completed and they were concerned about the fresh paint smell. This definitely put a damper on our excited vacation attitude as we arrived. The paint smell was strong and we ended up not using the first floor master. That was disappointing, but throughout that ordeal, the property management company was good with communication (except for the first surprising text!) and offered to refund our money after the first night if the smell was too strong. They reached out the next day asking how things were. We understood that the owner was trying to make improvements and the property managers were doing the best they could.
All in all, a good experience and we would definitely come back again!

The house is nicely maintained and well equipped. Lots of room for a multi-generational retreat with space for individual privacy. Wide beach at low tide and never crowded. Convenient to Jack’s General Store in Ocean Park and Ledbetter Point State Park. Also, a short drive down to Cape Disappointment with all its history.

The only downside we found: the yard immediately behind the house (toward the beach) is full of little thorns which make walking barefoot impossible and is a problem if you happen to have a dog with you. There is a workaround to access the path to the beach without going through the thorn field but this situation could be improved by the property manager..

Beach Haven was a large, beautiful home for us to enjoy a family reunion over the 4th of July week. The kitchen was the most well-stocked of any beach rental we've stayed in - much to the delight of the cooks in the family. It's also very close to coffee shops and grocery stores in Ocean Park. The game room in the garage was a perfect place for inside recreation for children and adults. And the proximity to the beach can't be beat. We saw so much wildlife during our stay, deer, bald eagles, AND a bear in the neighborhood so take care to keep trash in the garage. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Long Beach.

We gathered as a family for the week of Thanksgiving. The many bedrooms with nice beds gave everyone a lovely place to land, while the common spaces were all used for adults and kids to gather in different activities. The hot tub was great and we appreciated the fluffy beach towels in the basket by the door. Access to the beach was easy even though you can only see the waves from the very top floor deck. The double fridge was wonderful for our group dinners, but the small oven was a surprise when we tried to cook a turkey. (Probably not something all guests do with their time). Enjoyed the stereo and place to do a puzzle while meeting for large family dinners at the big dining table. Only complaint was the loud beeping that went off from the alarm system every time a door opened or closed which proved distracting and woke people up in the master room during late and early hours.

We enjoyed our time at beach haven . Giant house with room for everyone . It even had a high chair and pak n play. Short walk to beach on trail . Make note of which trail so you can return to the right house . Lots of platters , bowls and cookware and glasses . Loved having 2 refrigerators and extra sink in laundry room . Very spacious and comfortable for a big group !

Beach Haven is a phenomenal property and we really enjoyed vising Long Beach during the off season. I really appreciate dog friendly vacation homes but wanted to make other pet owners aware of the yard. The back of the house has a great yard space which is perfect for dogs and kids except the ground is covered in a weed that has sharp thorns. Not knowing this we took our dogs outside and in seconds their paws were covered in thorns. Because of this we had to use a different access path for the beach and take the dogs away from the home to romp around. Not the most ideal setup.

Had a real good time. Nice going later in the year. Store and such are still open for tourist and the weather was excellent. Stickers in the yard were terrible. Probably why "No Shoes" in the house. Nightmare. Not sure they can be eliminated. Definitely would like to go back next year.

This huge house has a beautiful view of the ocean and dunes and is in a great location. The property was clean and well-maintained and very well equipped with just about everything one could want. We especially appreciated the views, hot tub, ping pong table and bean bag toss. Many great hikes nearby.

This home was grander, roomier, and flat out nicer than I expected. The kitchen fully equipped with anything I could want. Extra towels, bedding, all very nice. The beach is close, couldn't be happier. One item of note: cell phone service is spotty, but luckily they provide a landline. Be sure to get directions to house directly from VR365, as GoogleMaps sends you to wrong place.

Nice home with plenty of room to play games, watch movies, cook and eat together. The master bathroom with the walk in shower worked well for our older parents who were along for the weekend.

We came for 4 nites on my 60th birthday, the house is large and well laid out to accommodate 2 couples, in case some alone time is needed.We encountered a couple of small unforeseen issues and the managers provided excellent solutions making our stay truly enjoyable!

Our family of 12 fits into Beach Haven perfectly. The kitchen is wonderful for our family as we love to cook and bbq. We love to go to Oysterville for our oysters.
The short walk to the beach is fantastic as we spend most of our time playing in the dunes or swimming in the surf. With toddlers we appreciate the tide pools when the tide is out. They can play in them all afternoon.
We will be back!

We had a great stay at beach haven. Lots of toys and games for kids to play. Kitchen was well equipped. Just s short walk through the dunes to reach the beach. The propane tank was empty when we went to use the bbq. Heard back from management quickly and he had a care taker bring a tank by. We had already ran to the store and picked up another, so they reimbursed us for it. We collected all our recycling and took it to the drop off. I would recommend that management adds that information and where and what to recycle to their property notebook. I sure hate to throw bottles and cans away. :)

We had a large, multi-family group and wanted a private place on the beach where we could spend a long weekend. The two house were perfect! Well stocked, great privacy and access to the beach and enough room to share a pre-Thanksgiving feast together. We felt like we were on our own private getaway.

The property was exactly as it appeared on the web site. It was only my husband and myself, but it was nice to have all that room, since it rained the entire time we were there but we were very comfortable staying in, renting movies, cooking dinners, going in the jacuzzi, etc. and didn't get cabin fever. It was also nice to have the ping pong table, which we utilized numerous times.

We wound up cooking all of our meals there and the kitchen is well stocked, has a good supply of spices, which we really appreciated (maybe some garlic powder too would be nice).

The beds are extremely comfortable as well. There were also some really nice touches, like air freshener and liquid soap in the bathrooms, a hair dryer, little things like that.

Although it is a short walk to the beach, due to the way the dunes are where you cannot see the house from the beach, we found it a little difficult to find the correct path after walking down the beach and back. I wonder if there is a way to mark the path to make it easier to find. We noticed other people had poles with flags on them or something like that.

It would also be nice if there were screens on all of the windows. There were several windows missing screens. We like to keep the windows open and we didn't want to let any bugs in so we couldn't open the windows that didn't have screens.

Second year staying at this property. Beautiful house, large enough for all and best of all dog friendly! There are three separate porch areas with closing gates that are great for the dogs.

Grand week at the Beach, the house (especially the kitchen) could not have been better equipped. The house is better than described! We used everything the house had to offer - hot tub at night for star gazing, space for building kites, Ping-Pong sessions, dart contests, poker games every night at the dining table - food crafted in the kitchen for every meal. Used many of the 'toys' from the garage. The house was spotless when we arrived - great change from some homes we have rented. Found great oysters for the grill just up the road. Only down side - those yucky burrs in the yard. We all had a great relaxing - calorie consuming time!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. I'm trying to think of some improvements but can't think of anything. Loved the different kinds of pillows, the beach towels, everything was fantastic. Oh wait, how about adding a tea pot? We are tea drinkers and there was no tea pot to brew the tea in.

We loved the house. It had everything you could possibly need. The house is minutes to the beach, in fact you can watch the waves from the balcony. The weather was beautiful and we dug nice fat clams on the beach in front of the property. The house was clean and inviting with enough to accommodate everyone's needs. The house is very close to the rental house next door, so if you had a large group you could rent both and bring the entire extended family. There are some prickly stickers in the lawn so always where shoes, but they didn't seem to bother the dogs. I would recommend confirming the purchase of the kids room before you go, so it will be unlocked. We had a small miscommunication, and the room was locked, but we took care of the problem quickly. We will rent and recommend this rental in the future.

We had a great 7 days at Beach Haven. There were three adult couples and this large home provided plenty of space for everyone. The only thing I wish could be changed would be second bathroom upstairs. This would be more practicle for four bedrooms upstairs. This is in no way saying that we didn't have enough bathrooms over all - we did. The management team was very heipful leading up to our stay and there were no issues that had to be dealt with during our seven days. Recommend this property to anyone.

Our group relaxed at Beach Haven for one week during the Washington State International Kite Festival. The house was all we expected and more, offering room for all of us to either spend time together, find a quiet corner in one of the sitting rooms or enjoy the tranquility outdoors on the deck. There is a weed of some sort that grows on the property that leaves little spikey burrs embedded in the outdoor carpet so a note to future guests: beware of walking barefoot!

The Beach Haven was the perfect rental for our two families (four adults and four boys) to spend a long weekend this summer. It has plenty of separate hangout spaces for kids and adults, plus a large central dining table for dinner. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a nook plus counter seating for breakfast. The location is wonderful as there's a direct path right to the beach (2 min walk). We loved our stay in Long Beach and Beach Haven had a lot to do with it!

We had a great time in this nice luxurious home. Directions to the property and instructions on how to use things was great. The property was very clean and had nice amenities. It was a short walk to the beach. If your used to staying in nice places this one should be on your list.

This house is BIG! Had everything we needed for a fun stay at the beach. We used the Hot Tub every night and a walk to the beach was just a few feet away. Close to shopping too! I would gladly stay here again.

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. The home is lovely. Overall, the home is beautiful and perfect for our family. We love that it is fully furnished with more than what we needed. The only things we noticed is that the lighting is not adequate, there is only 1 bathroom upstairs for 4 bedrooms to share, and the last bedroom did not work for us-the futon is not comfortable at all. we had to bring an aero bed into the family room. OTHERWISE, WE LOVED IT. We will return again!

We came for a small family gathering as a gift to our mother for Christmas. We got everything we expected and more, starting from the reservation process. The home was clean and had everything we could need. We drove into town one day (which isn't too far of a drive), but really we would have been happy staying at the house the whole time. There was lots of room for everyone to spread out. The dogs were happy to be inside, and happy to have a place to run out side (the patio is gated, which is nice if the dogs need to be sequestered for any reason). We had a 10 month old with us as well, and he was happy too! Great place for a family getaway! Would love to go back!

We had a wonderful weekend at Beach Haven. The house was great and stocked with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short, the beach was great and the weather was even sunny!

Had a perfect long weekend here. The property was just as described. The kitchen was well supplied with lots of cooking utensels and pots and pans. Very clean and comfortable. The grandkids were surprised by the great view of the stars at night and we were impressed with how quiet it was and the easy access to the beach. Planning to return in August. Thank you for a great rental home
